    Default Prvi Partisan Primer Factory

    Was told today, they (prvi partisan) had a accident in their primer factory and it blew up.... anybody heard this. Guess they also made the Wolf Gold stuff

    was told at two different gun shops looking for non-corrosive 7.62x54r

    The Privi ammo I have used is all very good.

    I imagine this will start a run on on 7.5 Swiss, 7.5 French, 7.62 Nagant and other calibers they make.

    hope so,i'm down to my last 1oo rounds on my 7.5 french ammo and have been iching to take one out to the range.

    Yeah, I heard about it a couple days after it happened. Shame it happened...they make some of the best imported stuff. But from what I heard, they planned to be back up pretty quick (by now if all went well). I don't think it destroyed the whole plant or anything like that.

    These kinds of plants are "compartmentalized" so that an incident at one location will be contained without major disruption or loss of life in other sectors.

    At least that 's the way things are done in major nations of the world - some Chinese and Bangaledeshi fireworks factories notwithstanding, where loss of life can often be in triple digits.

    Was wondering why I couldn't find any non-corrosive light ball. Guess I'm sooting the Bulgarian stuff for a while, even that's twice as high as what it should be right now $189 for a 440 tin.
