I just noticed this picture taken of me back in June from the Philly Triathlon. I paid no attention to it at the time, but:
Notice my race number!!
How ironic is it that a huge anti-big-government type gets "1984" as a race number...

actually, bicyclists shaving their legs has squat to do with fast, and everything to do with lessening road rash when they go down... apparently hair increases the severity of road rash, and hinders cleanup of the rash after it happens...not to mention how much does it suck to pull bandages off hairy legs?
