Cheap Gas!!

Molly's mini-market in Manheim is selling regular for $2.79/gallon today. I don't know for why or how long, just thought I'd pass it on. I asked the girls behind the counter if the manager was smoking some good stuff, they said it came from the higher-ups. And yes, I got my full tank, the wife is headed over now.

That's awesome. The cheapest I saw around Beaver County is 3.17 a gallon. Just hope it continues to drop.

Ha, gas just went up to $1.79 here the other day! We were at $1.63 at the lowest.

ETA: My bad...should have been $1.79, not $2.79...

Finally something that is better in Illinois. Our gas just went up to $1.98.9 from a low of $1.55.

Try this MSN site guys. You enter a zip and it points you in the direction of the cheapest gas. From what you guys are saying though it is much cheaper here in the east than it is out near you. I paid $1.99.9 per gallon last night about five miles from my house and that isn't the cheapest around and that was for super.

Two weeks ago a station I pass while at work in Delaware had regular gas for $1.41, last week it was $1.59, it's headed back up. The cheapest it got in my neighborhood was $1.57 a couple weeks ago. The Giant food store around here gives you $0.10 a gallon off of their gas for each $100.00 you spend (not all items count, don't know why or which) just before Christmas I had accumulated enough for $0.80 a gallon off. I paid $1.38 a gallon, filled my and my wife's car when I cashed that in.
