I purchased from local gun store S.W. 40 Cal/XTP's They are for my Glock23. They are hollow point shells are they legal to load in my glock and carry in Pa??

Hollow points are legal to carry in your firearm in PA.

Read some of the threads on this forum about OC or CC so that you know the law. You may get harassed (improperly) about the pistol, instead of the ammunition.

New Jersey does have a ridiculous (and unique) law that prohibits non-LEOs from carrying hollow points. Of course, mere mortals can't carry there anyway.

Was the banning of hollow points one of the stupid things Philly tried to do last year? I know there were several gun-related issues involved with that.
