My mothers boyfriend was anti-obama on every issue so far until the most recent union meeting, deciding they want the members back Obama and now he's anti McCain b/c this propaganda states Obama's plan will help create jobs and McCains won't, I haven't seen it yet but I will scan it once I see it and post it. He's never been a sheeple, not a very bright man but never a sheeple, now it's impossible to even trying to have a discussion when every discussion is "well the pamphlet says that..." anybody else run into this recently?

My FIL is in the building trades (insulation and asbestos removal). Back in '04 he swore up and down that Kerry would help his union keep their jobs from being shipped overseas.

I asked him how exactly asbestos removal and building insulation installation to other countries and he just sort of said, "I hadn't really looked at it like that." I just posted in another thread about unions and the extortion they practice.
