Forum Search Problem

I just discovered a problem with the forum search features limit on word length:

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : get, C&R, FFL

So how do I get the forum search to let me look for the threads I know exist detailing the instructions on how to get a C&R FFL if the a search for "get C&R FFL" is denied because the search terms are too short?

That's great, Greg. Can that type of search be incorporated into the forum to replace the other one?

I have no idea. I use the "Googlebar" add-on for my browser (FF).

I've used things like "C&R license" and "C&R question" to meet the minimum word length. Abbreviations seem to be a problem no matter where or what I search, not just on PAFOA.

i just typed "get c&r FFL" into google and got great results......

It already is, that type of search is exactly what happens when you use the Search bar at the top of every page and set it to "PAFOA Forum", that's all that thing does is use the Google API to restrict the results to a specific site/set of sites.

Found that already. When I couldn't find it on site I hit google looking for it. Just felt it odd that the search on a firearms forum didn't turn it up for me. Considering the number of 3 letter acronyms used in firearms related subjects I found it odd that 3 letter words were deemed too short.
