Default Wal Mart Clerk - No Ammunition Knowledge

I asked a Wal mart clerk if the store had any .410 ammunition available. He glanced around, quoting a bunch of odd numbers (such as 595) and then informed me that there isn't any .410. I struggled to read the small boxes and spotted a bunch of .410 containers. I then realized that the clerk was looking for ammunition priced at $4.10.

Gee, I'm shocked the guy making $8/hour isn't more highly trained and knowledgeable.

Look at how many cops that don't know the laws they are supposed to enforce.

Did you expect them to know anything about ammo? I wouldn't ask them if they had certain lightbulbs or LED TVs either, but they sell them.

If you want the cheapest ammo you have to do a little work yourself.

You shop at Wally-world and expect knowledgeable clerks?

    Dude, WTF?

Seems every time I buy ammo from WallyWorld, a clerk drops at least one box.

It's Walmart. What did you expect? It's not an ammunition dealership :P

Seems to be the norm with WalMart these days. Half the time the clerk can't seem to find the damn key to the case, let alone tell me anything about ammunition.

At WalMart, I only instruct them as far as the color of the box. As in "I want three of the red ones there, and two of the big yellow boxes on the very end". Asking for specific brand/caliber/weight will get you blank stares.
