Pardoe Sportsmans club runs multigun side matches almost every month.
They are located in Grove City.

These shoots are easy to share firearms.....you can run my 1100.
I think this month is rifle/shotty.

While I have not had a chance to attend one, the Lethal Weapons Training Academy up near Erie (McKean, Pa) holds some three gun tactical shoots.
You can contact them and find particulars.

Re: 3 Gun Competitions Pittsburgh Area????
So Lycan, is ammo cost and not some pansy fear of shooting slugs?
A whole 10 guys showed up for the side match this month.
I guess I'll let the cat out of the bag.... If you send me a PM I'll email you an attachment with a properly formatted application.

I already have that application......and yeah, I'm coming to play. I expect another "Iron Man" this year........I'm in training.
I had to do the "Mother's day" thing this past weekend with the wife's family who lives out of state.

You miss all the fun stuff, we had an AR fire OOB on Sunday.
Had to pull the barrel to make sure it was unloaded.
Too much complaining from the senior citizens on that stage(yet the 300# guy gets too run through it 50 times with the timer), I thought someone would have a heart attack for sure. The gamers who can't handle a rifle, complained that the stage was so long that if they crashed and burned, they had no hope of a recovery on the match as a whole.
While I don't expect I can keep everyone happy, My plan at the present is to split the rifle range into two separate stages to be shot one immediately after the other. One of 50-140 yards. The other 100 to 300. Then go down to score both at once.
I believe we are at 9 stages now.Last edited by richbug; May 18th, 2010 at 02:16 PM.
