Just registered, thought I would say hi.

I am retired from Verizon in N.Y., just getting back into shooting with handguns. Currently have a S&W MP9 and a Kahr PM9. It has been a long time since I qualified with a 1911 (45 years) and eventually I will get another one. I am enjoying the group so far and hope to learn a lot from you.

I hope to join you as a retiree in a couple years.

This site does have quite a few firearms knowledgeable people on board. We have also fixed a toilet or 2 on this site as well.

Welcome! I'm sure you will be able to help us with your life experience as well. Here's a helpful hint. Be familiar with uploading pics of guns/ammo/reloading/range settings etc and do so often.

Welcome aboard!. Im relatively new to the site myself.... poke around, ask and share. I think youll find that most of the folks here are genuine and helpful.

Im not too far from you - several others in this area too - so when it warms up a bit Im sure we can get a shoot together. You belong to any of the local clubs? (Im a member at Guthsville, and shortly Ridge & Valley in Quakertown). There are a few folks in the area that seem to get out regularly - Im always up for an afternoon.

On a side note, served three years at Verizon myself (nothing wiht telco though... built a storage resale within ESG).

Thanks for the offer, currently I do not belong to any clubs, have been out to the Firing Line a number of time and was out at Topton once with a friend. I at present I am planning to join the Topton Club, I just have to get my money to them with the application. I am not at all familiar with any other clubs.

Welcome, I came form NY 11 years ago , welcome to the land of the free. Have you found a club to shoot at yet? I shoot at Alburtis Rod and Gun and Guthsville.
