Default An unimportant question for Reloaders

When you bought a new gun, did you reload the test fired casing that came with it?

The only gun I ever bought that came with a test fired casing was my Walther P22...but I didn't think it was cost effective to reload the casing! LOL

I've only ever bought one new gun, and it didn't come with a test casing.
I suppose I probably wouldn't reload it since it's going to be an oddball. What I mean by that is this, when I reload I like to keep my brass grouped in lots. If I have a box of Federal brass and a box of Winchester brass, I keep them grouped as such.

The only firearms that I purchased that came with the empty case are pistols. Rifles that are shipped to the states that require the empty case are in the box as far as I know, others are not.

I thought that this was the funniest thing ever, and then I started thinking, Hmmm, I guess I do have some unreloaded brass in those boxes. I am thinking now to reload them.

I did. I usually keep some "good" brass separated into batches. The rest gets tossed into a "plinking brass" supply and this is where my odd casings like those ones go.
