Default If you could only have one firearm for the rest of your life...

Not sure that I agree with this guy's choice. I guess if I had one I might think differently. If I'm choosing from what I already own I'd have to go with an AR-15.

    What would you choose?

I don't want to live in that horrible world, where I can have only 1 firearm for the rest of my life

It depends on the situation. But if I had to make a choice right now the way the world is I would keep my Kahr CW9. If I could pick any gun I would go with the all metal K9.

I would want something that I could carry concealed comfortably 24/7 in "polite society". But still be chambered for 9mm and I can get a good grip with.

I would have to learn to carry the CW/K9 in situations where I simply slip my LCP in my pocket.

In a SHTF scenario, where you don't have to worry about being seen with a firearm I would keep my Colt AR-15 model LE6920.

Something in-between these two I would keep my M&P .40 with a 9mm conversion barrel.

Unwatchable video, I tried. In these united states it's just a dumb question, not a put down to the op for asking. Just unthinkable as asking if you could only have one screwdriver. Tools all share that same quality. Think about how crappy those all in one tools are to work with. Heck try to take your lug nuts off with an adjustable wrench.

If I have one gun, I'd have as many as I wanted because nobody would be able to keep me from owning more guns.

No offense taken and my initial reaction was along the same lines. I just thought it would be an interesting question none the less.

Thumbs up Re: If you could only have one firearm for the rest of your life...

I don't wanna live there, but IF I had to I guess it would be an AR-15 in the USA. With an easily assembled pouch of spare parts it will shoot for a loooong time. Ammo is eadily available and so on as well... Any country in Asia, Afrika or SA I guess it would be an AK. Same reasoning.

The one that would outlast all the others. AK.

A shotgun. I hear it is great when being shot from a balcony.
