Thank you. This guy has grossly overstepped his bounds. I'm actually very worried about him using the national guard to go door to door. I have no doubt he'd do it.

FYI to all; I have direct eyewitness reports from a Philadelphia commuter that the lines at gun stores are 'unbelievable'. I'm wondering how many will stay open until directly opposed.

ESPECIALLY since Philadelphia is not arresting criminals for 'non-violent' crimes. Like stealing your food or toilet paper?
The Gun Shops will probably stay open until PICS gets shut down.

Another contribution coming his way. He may not be soliciting them for this lawsuit. If not, I will give more to the Peduto lawsuit.

How does one contribute? Is there a link on his page?

At this point, as the Court gave the Governor time (until 8PM last night) to respond (thus reflecting that the Court is taking the matter very seriously), I believe the Court intends to issue a written decision and whatever that decision is, it will be unanimous. The Court cannot look fractured right now. Hence, I expect that it will have a lot of limiting language so 1. not to tie the Court's hands in the future and 2. to obtain agreement of all the Justices. Just my .02
