Interestingly FL, by statute, only recognizes FL CCW or RESIDENT CCWs from selected states that they reciprocate. If you don't have a FL CCW or a CCW from your reciprocated home state then you are unlicensed in FL.

Maybe they are not as liberty minded as some think. I know I think that tidbit you gave me ( I heard it before, but forgot about it) makes me wonder out them.

I just wish Kane would shut the loophole under her nose before she spews anymore nonsense out of it.

I've been saying that for years, one of the most popular states for a non resident license doesn't accept non resident licenses.

I think her tune would change if she ( or any liberal official in PA) had to live in an area like Kenisngton for one week without any bodyguards as a regular citizen. I am sure her outlook on why people carry guns would change.

With Disney World in the state, I don't think that's going to change anytime soon.

It looks like she also modified our agreements with VA and AZ. See www.attorneygeneral.gov. For the time being, that leaves NH as the only avenue for people who were unlawfully denied in PA and cannot afford an appeal. And, for a PA resident to obtain a NH license, they would be required to obtain a FL, VA, AZ, ME, etc non-res license before applying.

My apologies if this was mentioned elsewhere, but we really need to push harder for HB 671 Constitutional Carry. The co-sponsor list is up to about 41 reps. At the very least, we need universal recognition. According to handgunlaw.us, a couple more states just enacted universal recognition laws.
