Is that bulk Federal .223 ammo any good? I see it at my local Wal*Mart all the time but I avoid it.

yea its pretty good IMO just regular green tip 62 grain

EDIT: Sorry, you meant the small box right? Not the Federal ammo can? The small one, 100 rd pack, I'm not sure, i haven't shot any of it yet so I'm not really sure how good it is.
