The Q is <half> done. The important, flavor-makin part anyway. Not bringing all four... but two is enough for about 25 people. Smokey pic because, well, it was on a smoker.

It has to start someplace... It has to start sometime...

Since our daughter is only 21 months we usually only count her as a 1/2. She doesn't eat much. But since you asked, yes there is a bun in the oven, due December 14th. So maybe that should be:
    me - 1
    wife - 1
    daughter - 1/2
    the bun - 1/2

We will be bringing buffalo chicken dip and baked beans.

Since we have what seems to be a ton of food for not a ton of people, I will be safe and bring only 2 dozen burgers. I am going to get them from Omaha Steaks since they are individually wrapped to minimize waste and I'll just bring home what we don't use.

Did anyone put up for buns for the dogs and burgers? Condiments?

It sounds like we're going to have lots of meat! How about if I switch gears and bring the buns, condiments and chips just to be sure we're covered for those? That way anybody who doesn't want to cook can grab potato, macaroni, green and/or fruit salad, etc.
