Re: Is having only one great 9mm satisfying enough?
[QUOTE=-JD-;1672095]OP: Now we are talking about firearms monogamy? Damn, stand up for yourself - you must be pistol whipped. QUOTE]
hahaha yeah maybe i'm too loyal. so judging by what everyone has been posting it seems that owning multiples of the same caliber is one of those "you won't know how good it is til you try it" kinda things. I guess I need to stop planning ahead so much and start enjoying the hunt

Re: Is having only one great 9mm satisfying enough?
I decided awhile back to streamline my handgun collection into two calibers (9mm and .22) for the simplicity of maintaining my ammo stock. That said, I still have a list of 9mm handguns that I've bought or am trying to buy: pocket 9's, single stack's, doublestack's, full-size's, compact's, etc! So I guess my answer is...probably no. I love the ones I have, but there are always others that are calling my name.

Re: Is having only one great 9mm satisfying enough?
Clint Smith is fond of saying "2 is one and 1 is none"
I have 7 9mm guns, Sig Sp2009, Glock 17, Glock 26, Ruger P89, Kahr CW9, Beretta 92FS and Kel-Tec P11 and the only one that i dont carry is the CZ in this picture- too pretty to beat up.
Maybe you should get 2 9mm's a small one for summer carry and fullsize for winter.

Re: Is having only one great 9mm satisfying enough?
Well I have a S&W BG380 for summer carry and a M&P40c for winter carry. The 9mms will only be for range use. Thats why I was planning on getting one top of the line 9mm rather than multiples. But now i'm thinking I won't regret having 2 or 3 as long as they get range time.

Yah , you will definately save a lot of money by shooting 9mm at the range while saving the costly .380 and .40 for serious business.
I have never been into Walmart and they do not have 9mm at a cheap price .

Re: Is having only one great 9mm satisfying enough?
The 9mm is the only platform in which I own multiple guns. The reason for this is that ammo is so darned affordable. None of my guns are identical though, I own a full sized, subcompact, revolver, and carbine.
