Re: Pistol confiscated, but I'm not being charged... any advice?
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: Pistol confiscated, but I'm not being charged... any advice?
Update: Papers filed and my hearing is in February.
Any advice on how the hearing goes, or what I'll need to bring?

Re: Pistol confiscated, but I'm not being charged... any advice?
After 19 months it's finally back!
Spent 3.5 hours running around and waiting today.
Showed up to my hearing on time, sat through the usual BS of other people's cases, DA wrote the wrong property receipt number down so Evidence turned me away, spent another hour trying to find someone to fix the paperwork, waited 30 minutes in Evidence for them to find it and bring it upstairs.
