I like the looks of this place, . It is 328 Wernersville Blvd, Wernersville, PA 19565

It has been refurbished since 2007, I will be doing a drive by this week. There is another duplex house located by reading airport off 222 bypass.
Built in 1940? What kind of insulation in that house, if any?

Nice looking property though. Good luck on your search.

What do you guys think of Wernersville and that area?

My gf already doesn't like it, since it was built in 1940 she thinks it is automatically haunted.

Nothing wrong with that area. I know a bunch of folks that live in the general locale.

I don't mind that area. Just feels like the only way in and out is on 422 through sinking spring. That can be a horrible drive.

Here's one I know of, near the first place you were looking.

That's very close to me, right around the corner in fact . It's a decent area, good schools, and very convenient to 422. Taxes suck in Exeter, but where don't they?? DB/Neversink/University gun clubs, and Sensibly Armed indoor range are only a few minutes away.

Yeah. It was a foreclosure. Someone bought it and fixed it up to flip. Close enough to me to see the progress daily. They did a nice job.
