Have no fear. Florida is not very friendly when a gun goes off and there is no dead body on the other end. Remember a couple years ago a woman fired a warning shot when she was being abused by her SO? There are arguments that what she did was alright or was not alright, but 20 years in prison for a warning shot with nobody hit is pretty stern.
