    Concealed means concealed.

We were at a family get together recently and 4 out of 6 people at the table were carrying, and no one but us radicals knew it.

Don't ask don't tell, but if I go to my sister-in-laws house I leave it home. I just don't want to be hassled by the wife.

I'm trying to imagine how this would come up:

"Hi, thanks for having me over...I'm carrying my 1911...here's some wine."

    maybe:

"Can we switch seats? these fuckin grips are really digging in."

I'm going to go with never. But that's because my friends would want to check it out, take it apart, test the balance, etc. It's dinner not a gun show.

Hopefully your hosts aren't named Brady

I'm in the majority that voted "Never", and I thank God I live in a state that doesn't require the host's permission to carry on their premises. SC and Alaska are two states that come to mind where that is a requirement.

So the whip is mightier than the gun eh? I think I'd rather have an angry wife than a dead one. Though I'm not married, and I know there are plenty who are that might strongly disagree.

I have never been to a dinner, at a home , that was not OC friendly, so I can't vote.
I will not go some place that is not gun friendly.
