Generic is the way to go - my P22 rides in either my DeSantis Gunhide holster, or a generic leather double-loop holster that rides close to the body.

I don't know what kind of holster it is (unfortunately), but it works well.

Just keep in mind it won't lock the slide back with those followers after the last shot.

Nice P22's, but who's the monster in the mirror holding the camera?!?!?!

Even though I'll probably get flamed for this, but I carry mine quite a bit. I use a 13 dollar Uncle Mike's midsize IWB holster. The reason for me carrying it quite often is because my only other pistol is a 5 shot Taurus 85 with an esposed hammer. I haven't really found the right holster for my Taurus yet. I can't get the right combo of concealment, quick draw, and some sort of strap to protect the exposed hammer. With the P22 the holster works right and is comfortable and conceals well so it seems to be the gun that I take with me the most. Plus with the cost of ammo I have alot more practice with it.

I'd be the monster - I still have a bit of the "Basement dwelling computer nerd" look. I really need a haircut. Although.....the basement dwelling nerd look adds to my credibility as a computer tech - or something like that.

Only the one on the left is a P22 - the right is my Taurus.

That's my next purchase - that is, if I can find a gun shop that can still order the AS version in .40.

Good luck with that....it took me over a year to find the AS in the .40 I got really lucky 2 weeks ago and just happened to run into one in the Scranton area. it was amongst the glocks...just sitting there waiting...I told the guy do you know how hard these are to find...he had no idea and was an idiot. The owner wasn't in @ the time.

So I came back when he was and picked it up for $400. All I need is the P22 and I'll be set!

I have an Uncle Mikes "SIDEKICK" size 12. It holds very snug. Wish it held a clip though.
