It's a Banshee from Shellback tactical.

I did the dual ITW G hook mod for the shoulder pads, so you can actually shoot with it on. A few BFG 10 speed pouches and 2X level 4 ceramic plates.

The castle nut looks like it was staked at one point. Could have been staked at factory and the army armorer did not restake it after servicing it.

I'd make the armorer scrub garbage cans for that.
