I spoke badly about them a few pages back, and it didn't go over too well. They did the same shit as CTD, but don't get the same credit...that they deserve.

Buy the mags at a good price, or don't. Makes no difference to me.

44 Mag still has some shitty prices on most things, but those BDMs are priced right and $5 flat rate shipping is very hard to beat and ideal for small orders.

If he's a douchebag on arfcom, that doesn't surprise me. Seems everyone on arfcom is a douchebag to varying degrees.

I think the difference is that one vendor jacked up prices when demand rose, the other jacked up prices and took all their firearms off the market in a fear response. Then they started selling again when the heat subsided. At least Dick's is sticking to it's nonsensical approach by opening a rebadged store to sell it's black guns. CTD is both cowardly and greedy.

Looked in their circular, hoping for those .22LRs. Not listed. Searching their site .22 LR GO! no results.

It was a matter of the right place at the right time, typically if ammo is in a flyer, I won't go to buy it, a ploy to get me in the door, because it never in stock.

My whole point to your reply was that you gave other people crap that posted onto this thread about X company sucks and they shouldn't be listed on your thread. 44mag did screw people over and that is FACT. When asked why, the owner said it's none of your business. Pretty crappy way to deal with CS when your customers are asking for reason for increase.

End of the day it's a free market...buyers can choose to buy from whatever vendor they wish...just like sellers can ask any price they want.

All I was pointing out was that a company you recommended wasn't on our side when supply was low.
