    Sixers player is a victim of hit and run while walking in Center City. He is expected to miss significant amount of time due to his injuries.

    I'm in my 60s, been all over this country and seen a little of a couple others and have never been hit by a car. I wonder why not.

    It sounds like you're not aware of the current mask laws. Masks are currently only forbidden in government offices and public transportation. Masking up is still legal if you are car jacking, mugging on the public streets, robbing banks or looting retail stores.
