Re: Bathroom scenario...
From what I'm reading in the other thread about people breaking in. What do you need a gun for. You gotta ask him questions first, like is he intending to harm you. Ask him where he lives, how he's doin. Make sure he doesn't have a gun. Strike a chat with him.
Jay slash Kay
I've never thought of this, but I too am completely defensless while in the shower, but I gaurentee that me opening the curtain whilste im all lathered up is enough to send the BG running down the street crying. Some say that his discharge is luminous.

To be fair in a SHTF situation you'd hardly notice you're naked if you're focusing on protection. I had an intruder at 3am situation once and I grabbed my AK before I grabbed my pants.
Just because 'perfect' is impossible does not mean we should settle for 'broken'.

Re: Bathroom scenario...
Some of us always have a "weapon" within reach, even when naked.
How about a waterproof case to keep in the bathroom?

How about you just follow Miyamoto Musashi's lead and don't shower so you never have to be unarmed?
Let them take arms

Re: Bathroom scenario...
When I'm in the shower I fart a lot. If someone breaks in and hears my "erupting, hiney burps" they'd better be ready to face the wrath of my God given gift.
If they're brave enough to open the door? They'll receive a crack from my 20 inch shlong.
Just kidding. This was discussed on a message board years ago and I'd never considered it before then. I keep my revolver within reach and under a towel now. I thought it a bit paranoid at first, but some of the news I've read in the past is enough to tell me you can never be to safe.
Peee Uuuu that one stunk, but I feel like a new man.

On my property, I have at least one firearm within reach at all times, no matter what. 99% of the minutes in the day it is on my person.
