Are you applying for a FFL 01 or FFL 07? If you are applying for a FFL 07 Manufacturing License, that probably won't happen living in a residential area. Now if you are applying for a FFL 01, get an attorney who works with local zoning / permits and your chances of success will greatly increase. Anytime WCMG LLC is working with local government, or even the ATF, for a permit or request, my attorney is always the one submitting the paperwork. He's the face of our company when dealing with the government.
