    If true , does that mean it can't be designed to be carried concealed in order for it to be legal and NFA free, or it can't be carried concealed at all?

    IANAL.




    ETA = OK found and reread 6102 and it uses the conjunction OR so it can be defined as a Firearm and should be allowed to be carried with LTCF and loaded in a vehicle with the PA License. And that would also mean an SP4 (ROS) needs done. I originally thought 6102 stated that the barrel length under 18" for a shotgun AND under 26" but it is an OR condition throughout.

    I need to know if you can you legally shoulder it, bump fire it, carry it in a church/bar/school, and if it's legal to load it with hollow points.
