I doubt that they are. https://www.fcc.gov/document/warning...cement-illegal While the document talks about cell phones and GPS, the FCC takes a very dim view of any jamming.

This. The company just built it, without any concern for he law.

And not all radio controlled craft have such features. Some crash. Some continue to fly without control. The potential languor very real & expensive property damage is there.
