a lot of people from lebanon drive to cabelas, and I dont think a chain store will touch shydas gun shop prices, I get a lot of stuff from there and there normally one of the lowest around. I like to deal with little mom/pop shops over chain stores. you normally get a better deal and better service.

I like Shydas myself, but they don't sell Mosin Nagants, Mausers, the occasional CETME, FAL, Yugo, and WASR variants etc. Dunhams is a sporting goods store also, not just guns and ammo. The guys at Shydas are nice, but they admittedly know next to nothing about Milsurps. Also Dunhams does most of their business in Athletic equipment and apparel.

I'm sure I'll shop at Dunhams too, but I doubt that they'll take any of my business away from Shyda's, Richland, or Glenn's. As it is, I shop at different shops for the different selections they offer more than the price differences.

I talked to one of the guys in Harrisburg the other week. He is betting on the Home Depot location, because Dunhams corporate has a thing about stores with more than 1 entrance. The Ames location has 2 separate entrances. I've never seen a Dunhams location with more than 1 entrance, could be something to this.

ya that store where giant was beside home depot has been empty for a while now, ever since playtime or what ever it was called went under.
