I found a website that will help you out. Charlesdaly.com has a reproduction 12 gauge lever action on its website and they are located in Harrisburg. Hope this helps you out.

The original John Browning 1887 lever action shotgun was designed for black powder. I think in 1901 the shotgun was re-designed for smokeless powder but was only available in 10 gauge.
I have two Lever Action Shotguns (1) An original Model 1901 Winchester Lever Action in 10 gauge that uses smokeless powder which was a gift from my grandfather on my 16th birthday and (2) an IAC Model 87W which is a reproduction based on the 10 gauge Lever action shotgun.
    SPECIFICATIONS of the IAC
    SERIES: COWBOY
    MODEL: 87W
    GAUGE 12 GA 2 3/4" CHAMBER
    ACTION: LEVER ACTION, SPLIT LEVER
BARREL: 20" WITH FIXED CYL. CHOKE
    MAGAZINE: 5 ROUNDS
    SIGHTS: FRONT BEAD
    RETAIL: $559.95

I've handled the IAC locally, if I had the $ I would pick it up just to add to the collection.
