Call Lanco Tactical in Elizabethtown PA. They have their own uppers made for them and they have them in stock. $110 with forward assist and dust cover. They have stripped lowers as well.

I've used three YHM uppers and two have been great. One, the finish starting to wear off along the inside top of the receiver and almost immediately after a few rounds, as well as the finish flaked off the shell deflector (probably from a bad batch?). The other two, no issues at all.

I have a LAR upper here that looks great, but hasn't been used yet. I also have LAR's side charger upper, but haven't had a chance to use that one either. Both the LAR's look fine, but again I haven't put them to use yet.

Others I've used, PSA, DPMS, Stag, and I believe a ?Colt surplus?. Never had an issue with those uppers either.
