Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go directly to jail... Airports can be consitered federal property, like a court houses. I believe it is 5 years mandatory federal time... if caught.

Airports are NOT federal property! I wonder why the Pennsylvania UFA doesn't list airports as areas where firearms can't be carried? I guess with your logic, banks are federal property also?

Phila International airport is owned by the city of Philadelphia...so as long as you dont try to enter the "sterile" areas...i believe pre-emption applies...somebody correct me on that if need be...

There are only two or three Federally owned commercial airports in the USA. Dulles, and "Bader field?" at Atlantic City, plus one somewhere to the West. All of the others are owned by municipalities. One of the major reasons why airports cannot be closed by the FAA, even if 30 inches of snow! Dave_n

most of the airport is in Lester, PA...which is a small town town next to Philadelphia..in fact, it's the town I was born/raised in.

Yes. According to the info from the thread Sober started,(If memory serves) it is policed by all agencies which have a piece of it's property in their AO.
