Pa sheriffs can be some of the most ignorant people on planet.
There was a sheriff that issued a non res ltcf to a MD resident that did not have a MD permit....against the law.
And yes they make up their own laws quite often. Although typically to keep people from obtaining a ltcf. At least this breech is in your favor.FUCK BIDEN
