Re: Future group buy ideas? Looking for input
My last purchase of PMC 223 was 430/1000 rds. I sold it for 450/case It sold out within hours. I had multiple buyers picking up 10 cases at a time. The cost now is probably around 43-45 cents per round. Depends on the shipping and taxes.
Ammo is a tough sell today...I find more are interested in getting stuff they absolutely need...like food.

Re: Future group buy ideas? Looking for input
I will post up more info on the different cuts of beef we will offer up in this buy. The beef is grass and grain fed and finished.
The flank steaks are Argentine beef. Will come in 15-18 lb. vacuum sealed packs. Cost is $9.59/lb.
The Brisket varies in size. If you wanted an entire case, roughly 45 lbs/case. The Brisket is American raised beef. Grass fed and finished. Cost is $8.58/lb.
The Fillet Mignon is American raised as well. The cuts come in 5lb size and are trimmed. These were a surprise... Cost is $13.83/lb Buy a whole case...50 units come in a case.
Given the quality of food and the gross increase in cost over the last few years...there are ways to counter this absurd cost increase...go out and work with the same distributors that the big boys order from. Only difference here...I know the people who own this company. I have purchased a lot of their meats over the last couple of years. I proposed an opportunity to them to make this available on a limited basis...they agreed.
I know many are also into this Carnivore diet...I am only learning about it just recently...sounds interesting, from what I have read so far. Finding good quality beef should not be difficult...I aim to be able to make that an easier, less costly solution.
If this takes off, I will add shipping...but for now all sales will be local. Either I can set up a pick up spot or you can pick it up locally. I am in the King of Prussia area...easy to get to. If you are interested and would like to include your own group in the buy...please reach out to me and we can talk about the details. If you decide to do a buy for your group and you end up with over 300lbs of beef, I will give you an additional discount for your order only. Fair?
If you have any questions...IM works. I don't have all the info yeat on all the cuts, but should have it by Monday.
Thinking of calling this the "Clara Peller Club"....those of you in the know, know.

I am looking to do a cook out for these products once Spring hits. I know many are interested in these, but not knowing the quality is a question that has come up. I use a charcoal grill and a good amount of seasoning...salt and pepper along with Tajin. The flavors are exceptional when you combine seasoning and cooking on charcoal. I also slice the flank thin...which makes it good on a cheese steak sandwich with a good crusty French baguette.
Anyone interested in this...let me know. I am going to put in an initial order for 550 lbs of these three cuts. Initial delivery will be local pickup. Once I get this process down and find a reliable method to ship...I will include it to the service offered.

Re: Future group buy ideas? Looking for input
I am looking to buy a couple refrigerators to temporarily hold the bulk orders, until those who put an order in can pick it up. If I do a large enough buy with a certain group...I will deliver it to them. Regardless...I need to have a temporary fridge to hold the beef.
When Covid hit back in 2020, I remember going to Lowes to pick up an upright freezer I got on sale and because the 1st one I picked up didn't work. They gave me an additional discount on the 2nd unit. What surprised me was the number of people all picking up their 2nd or even a third unit. It seems that mentality has stuck ever since. Most I have spoken with have a 2nd freezer set-up in their garage or basement. It might be a good idea to add some capacity to what you already have. I see a continuation to buying in bulk from most I speak with. Some are even getting back into hunting.
I am waiting on some pricing for ground beef in different size packages...will see which size makes the most sense.

Re: Future group buy ideas? Looking for input
Back in 2020 I picked up a small 3.5 CF freezer for the garage. Unfortunately I'm in a townhouse with no basement, and a one car garage that I use as a basement. I'd love to squeeze another one in someplace at some point, but until I get the garage cleaned out that's not happening. Of course I've been saying I need to clean the garage out for 5 years now LOL It's become the bane of my existence
