The question I have is: I will be visiting Philadelphia on Memorial Day Weekend at the Hyatt on the river for a wedding. I will be in town for 3 days visiting from Georgia. I have met all of the requirements for a non-resident CCW License and applied for it. Other than the rules posted on the forum does any one have any tips or suggestions I should apply or stay away from while in Philly.

Such things as restaurants that serve alcohol for consumption, the hotel, tourist sights and so forth.

Thanks is advance,

Ken

Welcome to the forums!!

I think its a great idea to get your PA LTCF, and my advice for your trip would be to stay out of NJ with your firearm. It may seem nice on the other side of the river, but resist any temptation to go over there with your weapon. Heck, I would even check the car for rubber bands before I went over in case they were construed as an illegal, felonious slingshot(I'm being sarcastic, but not much.)
