Well, pick up of the license was easy as pie. (Mmmm... pie.) I expected to have to drive around to hunt for a parking spot, but found one immediately - so I was there about 20 mins early. Was 2nd in line only because some other guy showed up at noon for the 2:15pm appt. Heh! But about 25-30 other people steadily got in line right after me.
They lined us up outside while waiting and at 2:15, they paraded us through security and downstairs to the room. Took 2 mins for pic, signature, payment, and lamination of card -- i was out of there with license in hand by 2:21pm.

So they moved the office, used to be upstairs. When I did it in feb I was surprised at the number of women in line, they outnumbered the men.
