Man sprays 'toilet-papering' teens with fox urine

i just read a follow up article and he WAS charged with....drumroll........


Scott Edward Wagar faces charges of fifth-degree assault, theft and disorderly conduct in Kandiyohi County District Court for the Sept. 16 incident.

Asssult because of the teen that grabbed him from behind and struggled with, theft because one of the kids lost their cell phone at the scene and refused to return it but later did to a investigating detective...and disorderly conduct prob. for just being pissed off which i would be too.


That disorderly conduct charges gets thrown around pretty easily dosent it.

Thats total bullshit.

What about the kids that were destroying his property?

We had a kid bring a squirt gun into highshcool (This was the 70"s) filled with fox piss. I never smelt anything that stunk so bad in my life. He did be suspended for a couple days for spraying other kids.

IT STINKS BAD. And I for one think the kids got what they deserved.

Its a crime that they could come on his property - assault him, screw with his property. And not be charged. He should get nothing.

I hope this dude gets a good lawyer....though to me, this is a no-brainer and the guy wouldn't be charged with ANYTHING. Society wrongfully coddles these kids.

He SHOULD have a slam-dunk. The key to this story is that he has reported it before and it should be on file with the PD.



I would have done it a little different.
Waited for them like he did but armed with a VIDEO CAMERA with niteshot and Pepper Spray. Catch the little fuckers in the act, and when they try to run up on me for the camera - SPRAY 'EM! the video idea is best because it would capture the true deviant intent (not to mention the cheering and or foul mouths of these 'kids').

The man gets charged (which he shouldn't and I damn sure hope he gets an attorney and is found not guilty) and these kids get nothing. And then society actually has the balls to ask how we could possibly have kids behaving the way we do today. Ummm......yeah. Ok. Well, as long as we keep giving them milk and cookies for their bad behavior...they're going to behave just like the rest of the criminals we're coddling. Pattern much?

It is stories like this that make me realize that our society in this country is doomed. I no longer have any faith in or respect for our legal system. We have no future here.........
