Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
If you're an NRA or GOA member contact them to see if they are interested. Way back when the LTCF first became shall issue, the Delaware County sheriff required fingerprints. That's not in the law. I contacted the NRA and they put me in touch with one of their lawyers. He called me back a few days later and said to go apply again and....no fingerprints. Not sure what they would do nowadays. This is what you get with a demonrat sheriff.

Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
If you print it out and read it you will find it is an exemption you can argue to a judge but if you carry on an expired license its a prohibiting offense. An exemption is not a guarantee. You will be thousands of dollars into lawyer fees by that time.
Im getting tired of posting this. Its like talking to little kids who are looking at the free candy van. As long as that van is on the street you know a kid is going to go missing. The Gun is the Badge of a Free Man

Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
I get it. The f tards who would have to write the law can not be trusted. They wouldn't write a clean bill. Besides the people who could force the issue need standing. That also means money to feed the legalise economy.
But here is the thing. I now have to renew my drivers license and because of covid they are going to just mail it to me after paying online. They will use my last picture. No photo card. No DMV.
So fuck Wolf and any Pa Sheriff not doing their job issuing ltcf. The Gun is the Badge of a Free Man

Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
Call your state rep and senator, explain the situation. This is another reason to push them to pass constitutional carry. There is absolutely no reason to have a permitting requirement to exercise your God given rights.

Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
I was talking to EM, I didn’t tell him he should just print it and not worry about it. If people are going to follow what the Local sheriff and Gov are telling them then they should at least have the words or directions these people wrote themselves on their persons. I don’t have this issue mines good for four more years but I wouldn’t be putting my EDC in the safe especially now with all the nonsense going on because elected officials are afraid to do their damn job either. But that’s just me.

Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
Came here to post.... Isn't it the LAW for them to have to take applications? How can they not?

Re: Delco LTCF Renewal BS.
FYI... the DelCo Sheriff's website states: "Permits expiring on March 19, 2020, or later are now valid through September 30, 2020. The previous extension was set to expire on July 31st." Good luck, brother!
