It's probably a bear or maybe a tactical guy from one of the 3 letter agencies. People in this area have a habit of seeing house cats and make them out to be mountain lions or black panthers.

Going to stop listening - seems like they are just taking stabs in the dark - now they are telling units to "light up the woods with all lights/spotlights, etc. in the hot spot area". Sounds like everyone is kinda doing their own thing up there...................
