Unarmed self-defense
I am looking for self-defense training in the W-B/Scranton area. I know there are 2-3 day classes for unarmed combat which I would like to take, but I would like to find a regular place to be able to have continuing education. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Unarmed self-defense
my suggestion would be to try to find a krav maga school in your area. i know there are some in southeastern PA, but not sure about northeastern PA.
i wish there were some around here (SW PA).F*S=k

Re: Unarmed self-defense
I'd LOVE to find a CKM school near Scranton. I've never been in any martial arts but I'd like to try CKM.
