Re: Army Surplus store??
Google earth says this one is 30 miles east of Lancaster
http://www.coatesvillearmynavy.com/
30 miles west you've got this one.
http://www.stubbygear.com/default.asp?pageid=2206
4790 W Market St York, PA 17408
(717) 792-2666
30 miles NE you've got:
Top Gun Military Apparel
11 E Main St Palmyra, PA 17078
(717) 832-1000
Your even distance from all stores reminds me of "O Brother, Where Art Thou"

I looked up Stubbygear before. What im looking for is the old traditional Army surplus stuff. Old canteens , army blankets , fatigues , you know the old surplus stuff.

Re: Army Surplus store??
Supposedly, there's a guy at Green Dragon who sells a lot of old Army Surplus stuff. I'm going tomorrow to see if I can't score some ammo crates.

Re: Army Surplus store??
The best "old school" Army surplus stores are in Fayetteville, NC.
Old Sarge's, Rob's Military Supply, All American Surplus, Airborne One and Troopers. Some have websites and some you can just call.
Rob's, All American, Troopers and Airborne One are all on Yadkin Road.Last edited by Berks_Iraq_Vet; June 12th, 2009 at 08:50 AM. Reason: sp

Re: Army Surplus store??
What specifically are you looking for? I have almost enough "surplus" to do a full issue to 2-3 soldiers. Depending on what you are looking for I might be able to help you out. PM me a list and I will check it next time I go to my storage shed. (about 2 weeks from now)
