My New Carry Friend
I just picked up the Para Carry 9 for my carry weapon. Absolutely beautiful I think! Bought it and went to the range. Did get some FTF and FTE but I think it's just been sitting in the showroom for so long. The internals were pretty gunked up. Gave it a thorough cleaning. Now it's all shiny. I had my eyes on this puppy for a while. Just could not find a 9mm Para in SS. When I saw this one I had to pick it up.

Re: My New Carry Friend
Congrats, thats a sweet looking pistol. How many rounds does it hold?
How do you intend to carry, IWB, OWB, or what?

hmm, thats nice, sadly all i got is a Colt Defender... and as much as i like the Defender i think that'll be the affair that causes me to lose my Colt
Reputation is what I strive for.

Re: My New Carry Friend
Thanks guys! I love the weight, looks and the size of this thing. The magazine holds 8 plus 1 in the chamber. It's single stacked. The gun is thin. I plan on using my OWB Bianchi. I also have a shoulder holster which needs to be re-adjusted so this one will fit. I actually was looking for a Colt Defender, Para Carry 9 or a Kimber Ultra Carry. And this baby turned up first.
Thanks!
J

Re: My New Carry Friend
Definately a beutiful pistol. I hope the FTF/FTE problems resolve themselves. Sadly for me, after about a thousand rounds of various ammo, two trips to the factory and all the spring changes I could make my carry 12 just wouldnt become reliable enough to carry. I took a beating on it but am glad its gone. Best of luck and congrats.

Nice piece!! Welcome to the Para club. I got mine (Hi-Cap LDA .45) the day after Christmas. No problems yet, but I only went through 50 rds. so far.

Re: My New Carry Friend
Please report back with your experience.
I've been eyeing a 9 carry piece from Para for a month or so.
I did not know they had the ss option. Is that a few years old?
Thanks and I hope it cleans up the ftf act.
