Young Shooters
Just thought I would post this photo of my grandson with the Ruger 10/22 and yes he can hit the targets.

Re: Young Shooters
Nice pic there Auto. My dad and I used to enjoy the times we were able to get away and have fun just being me and him and a .22 or bb gun, or whatever. he taught me the fundamentals, and how to respect a firearm. Keep it up, and hopefully we can keep the next generation as gun owners and supporters of the second amendment.
BTW. Fayetteville? My mom lives outside of Fort Smith.

Re: Young Shooters
Defiantly a lucky kid there. Reminds me of when I went to VA, and my grandfather would let me shoot around with his BB gun for a few mins. I remember being to weak to pump it.

While there are "people" out there who would double over and vomit at the sight of that photo, I want you to know that I've been through a lot of hard times in the past two months and the smiles have been few and far between... but when I saw that photo, I smiled inside and out.
What an amazing photograph. I'm not sure who is more happy there!
Thanks for sharing!I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Young Shooters
He was 4 years old in the photo - 5 now. He started shooting when he was 3. We use 2x4 wood blocks for targets and he can mow them down from about 15 or 20 yards. He has fired a Ruger .22, Sig .22. Ruger and S&W revolvers.
If some of the students at Va. Tech had been more familiar with firearms they might be alive today.

Awesome pisture! It reminds me of when my dad taught me to shoot. I can remember bugging him all the time to take me out shooting, and Ive still got that Red Rider bb gun I got at 7 or 8.
