PA pardon timeline from recommendation to signed and CCW question
Hi all! In 2000 when I was 18 I had a small (90 bucks worth ) pot charge I pled guilty to and after years of attempts my application has gone thru the process vs rejected for missing apt number and such. Im wondering is anyone has had a recent pardon and how long can I expect from the time it was recommended from the board to the governor, to be in my hands? Additionally once received can I apply for a CCW? I understand there is a lag time for the record to be gone however can I appeal the denial with the pardon or would that be unwise and rather just want until the background check is clean to apply?
Thanks for the info

Consult a lawyer for those matters. Asking people on a gun forum for legal advice is asking for trouble. Are you still a pothead?
