Default Re: Philadelphia outlaws bump stocks days after Supreme Court rejects federal ban

The new city ordinance is a flagrant violation of the state preemption statute. They will of course claim they have the authority because bump stocks aren't firearms, but the law also specifically prohibits auto sears without any exemption for those lawfully owned under the NFA. Drop in auto sears are firearms under federal law.
