It is true that for now you can not buy an "assault rifle" in Delaware but I believe this is temporary till the appeals courts throw it out. On the plus side if you already have one (and by now who doesn't) you can keep it. They even say you can "register" one......but you don't have too.
Lets just say I don't think the state police are getting overwhelmed with people getting fingerprinted to register their evil firearms.
If it's not overturned, it will impact everyone who didn't own one, including people currently under 21 (or 18?). So that is a big deal for future generations.

I hope we triumph ultimately. I was reading that and assault weapons ban was proposed a year or two ago and all but one democrat voted against considering it and moving it out of committee. That’s what has me worried.
This word 'Assault weapons' really friggin sticks in my crawl!! First off, Legal firearms and rifles are NOT 'assault weapons' 'Assault weapons' were banned when the NFA was started long before any of us were born.
