I am on vpn, but i'm ALWAYS on vpn, for work. But my vpn is based out of a datacenter in las vegas. I have talked to CS 4 times. They send notes to risk management. The shipping address is clearly in PA, it's residential, and wouldn't raise any flags for anyone if they looked at it.

My status is still "order needs your attention". I'll call again tomorrow. And every other day after that. I first signed paperwork last monday that said I wasn't a terrorist, then again last wednesday that said I wasnn't exporting the items. Since then I've had no updates.

I am tempted to call them up and see if my order is flagged or my account is flagged. Can I just re-order from my home based IP and cancel the flagged order. Or I'll go over to my mothers house and order it there and have a new email and they'd never know the difference. There's 2 items on my order that have been confirmed in stock and no one else has them. Just get them and get out of dodge.

I have ordered from them, but never again. Twice I've been burnt - ordering "in stock" items, only to be strung along. Bad customer service - from start to finish.

I don't care what they're selling or for what price. I would rather buy from WISH in China.
At least I'm not repeatedly lied to about the status of an order.
There are too many other reputable places to spend money and gather products but they
seem to act as though they are the only game on earth.
Hard pass.

I think I've only ever ordered one item from them and it arrived quickly.

I mostly use them as a price comparison site.

My complete order is reported to have shipped as of yesterday. I ordered on 5/20. Lets see tomorrow how they did as far as getting everything they promised.
