Well then, I must have misunderstood the meaning of this post.

I was going to say that to beat the left, we need to lower ourselves to their level, or beyond.
But that isn't even quite what I wanted to convey either.

(sits back and waits to have some dumb fuck accuse me of helping Fetterman win...)

Strictly business here and nothing personal. But have you seen Saving Private Ryan and/or Tour of Duty, where one guy’s morals cost other people their lives?

    Yes.
Are you seriously trying to make the way a person votes based on their conscience and principles the moral equivalent of not pulling the trigger in order to defend the life of a comrade from sure death in a combat situation?

Pretty much. Those people are already at war with us and I'm looking for allies. I don't want allies who will let pre-war morals get in the way of fighting for our lives.

    No. No it wasn't.

"when some think that not voting for The Lizard of Oz doesn't help Lurch get elected."

Go ahead and show me where I said that.

The only thing I have been adamant about is that NOT voting does NOT give Fetterman a vote.

    It is mathematically impossible.
Anything else is people reading into it what they want to hear.

You're right, it doesn't 'give' him a vote, it lets him have one and your comment looks to me like you were alluding to the notion that not voting for Oz was of no benefit to Lurch. I am obviously not the only one who took it that way.
