Re: ATF declares Rare Breed Triggers a machine gun
A little off track at the end
But yes objective, legal definitions are important. If the powers that be don't like the law, there are ways to change it. Go through the legislative process. Until then, don't back peddle because innovation has superceded perhaps what the law was intended for. It doesn't matter. Do you think government will ever take it easy on you or me because we followed the intent of the law but messed up on the specifics? Ha, fat chance. So why give them an inch?
Per the law these triggers are not machine guns. Hard stop. F off.

Re: ATF declares Rare Breed Triggers a machine gun
First known arrest for having FRT triggers, but dude has a lot of unregistered silencers and other problems while in the communist Commonwealth of Mass. so will the "FRT" = Machinegun get dropped?

Re: ATF declares Rare Breed Triggers a machine gun
WOT and Alamo-15 looks better…the latter being the best option from the looks of it.
The hypocrisy of this whole thing is that they operate the same way as the Tac Con 3mr but better…and the 3MR is atf approved. Some of the things i read on it are that it runs estimated 450-600rpm vs FRT at estimated 900-1200rpm.
All are going for stupud crazy money unfortunately. Expect to pay anywhere from $650-$1300 for a $350 trigger

Re: ATF declares Rare Breed Triggers a machine gun
I thought the same.
This feels like when those glock switch shipments got taken out, then all the sudden every seller on amazon and eBay was selling glock switches.
And then most of the people who bought them were quickly rounded up by the feds, who were the ones selling them.
