Out of Work? What Can you Do. Want to help? What do you need done?
I put this here instead of the lounge to avoid the normal shitting that goes on there - since this is kind of a serious topic and at least tangentially related to EP...I'm sure mods will move it if they don't like it here.
A number of people are out of work and concerned about paying bills. Some are more fortunate - and may use this as an opportunity to spread their fortune around a bit by getting some of their chores done by someone else.
- Everyone should realize that under these circumstances, this is a "below market rate" situation.
- People offering odd jobs may be offering stuff they wouldn't normally pay someone else for, but are doing so to help others out as the primary motivation
- People seeking odd jobs should not be seeking market rates, but instead looking to bring in some money in a difficult time
- It might be helpful to use a "add to the list" format, so someone can just look at the list in the last post.

Give this a bump and say its a shame you are on the other side of the state. I need 1-3 on your list.

And I'll offer up use of my garage and tools and equipment for anyone who wants to work on a car or small engine or anything else. I am pretty well equipped but don't have a lift. I'd only ask for contributions if you need to burn the a torch or some other consumable. And if anyone wanted to mill out an 80% lower and had one to sell me, I could demonstrate how to use the mill. Hopefully it wouldn't be a demonstration in how NOT to use the mill!
